I am a mother of three grown children. I am happily married to my best friend and love of my life.

I have become a doula to help women and their partners through the birthing process. I truly believe in a woman's ability and strength in giving birth. Giving life is a beautiful, rewarding experience, and can be the most empowering time of a woman's life. This empowering experience will help you to be a strong, loving, capable mother throughout your child's lifetime.

I believe that everyone deserves to have a wonderful birth experience. It is a memory that you will carry with you all of your life.

Pregnancy is a beautiful time. It is also an excellent opportunity to focus on your health and possibly pick up some healthy lifestyle changes.

As your birth doula, I will help you with every step of the way, if that is what you wish. I am on-call 24/7 by phone or email. When it is time for baby, I will be there continuously. Often times the medical staff is not available to stay throughout your entire labor and delivery, as they will be on shifts that usually won't encompass the entire labor process.

Dona International approved Birth Doula training at the Simkin Center for Allied Birth Vocations-Bastyr University, January 2014.

Currently working on certification from Dona International.

College courses in Anatomy and Physiology, Biology, Chemistry, Cultural Diversity, and Psychology.
